I have added a new blog on one of my favorite topics. I hope this will be informative, enjoyable and useful to someone. I learned to meditate a long time ago and it is something which i believe is truly helpful and beneficial to do. One thing i must say is that it is not an easy thing to do. It needs a lot of determination and effort to do but the effects can be really great.
